It would be neat to be able to do simple communication/execution of pekwm actions from a simple CLI communicating with X11 atoms or similar.

This was "requested" indirectly by syslogd in #pekwm

One thing that has been discussed in #pekwm is the ability to make outside scripts/applications spawn pekwm menus.

Syntax for this should be discussed.
