I've noticed that when you close a window, the focus will go to another window depending on what the focus rules you have, there will be times when no window will be focused after closing the current one.
This behaviour is fine. However, I think it would be a bit more logical if, when you close a window, if this window is in a tab-group, the next tabbed-window that takes the fore-ground should gain the focus.
For example, say I have multiple terminals tabbed together, and said terminal has a certain keybinding to close the window. Wouldn't it be the expected behaviour that when you have that group focused, you should be able to just repeatedly press the keybinding so that they all close one after another? Yet this might not be possible with the current "pick next to focus" behaviour...
Hmm.. good point. I used to have this problem in the past, but I cannot seem to reproduce it anymore. So unless some kind of bug triggers this, consider this an invalid bug.
Errr.. works for me.
